Clint Conover, grew up in Holstein IA, and has resided in Waukee area for the last 5 years. Clint was immersed in the rural community values that shaped his character. He was deeply involved in 4H and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, instilling in him the values of integrity, honesty, and community service

from a young age. Clint cherishes his small-town upbringing, recognizing the importance of these values in both his personal and professional life.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Clint actively participated in various community boards, including the Iowa State Extension and the Iowa Berkshire Association. He balanced coaching children’s sports while he and his wife Heather raised their four children, a testament to his dedication to family and community involvement. Even as his children have grown, Clint continues to volunteer and be involved with multiple agricultural and community Associations.

With a 4-year business degree from Wayne State College, Clint has held multiple sales positions, where he realized the paramount importance of customer relationships and in-depth product knowledge. It was during this time that he found his passion for connecting with people, understanding their needs, and guiding them through their decision-making process.
